Order Shipping

90% of orders ship within 12-24 hrs after successful payment. For some items, it can take up to 48-72 hrs for shipping. If so, we’ll notify the user. We will ship your items only on weekdays/working days, i.e. from Monday to Saturday. Order placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the next weekdays/working day. We do not ship item(s) on SUNDAYS or national holidays.

We use third-party reputed shipping services for fast & undamaged delivery. We ship your order through Delhivery and Shiprocket services as available during checkout and chosen by you. In some cases, we also can send it through EMS Speed post on special request to remote locations if you think that our shipping partners do not have coverage or served you improperly. However, we can’t guarantee to comply with your request. This is due to the reason the post office is verifying each shipment content before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not take the shipment. Please read our Third-Party Terms & Policies before using any of them.

After your item is shipped you’ll get an estimated delivery date from the courier service. We’ll only take charges if the item is lost, delivered to wrong address, package damaged (if the package is damaged then we request you not to accept the package) and not shipped in time. We’ll not take any responsibility if your package is delayed, not delivered in given estimated date/time (As because after shipping the total responsibility gose on to the shipping company).

Important Notes

  • To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier services.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
  • If the shipping box/package is tampered or damaged before accepting the delivery, please do not accept the shipment/parcel, refuse the package immediately, and call our Customer Support +91-9111-50-5552 or take a picture of the damaged box from the delivery person and submit a ticket to our support team mentioning your order ID. We shall do our best to ensure that a replacement/refund is made to you at the earliest. We’ll not be responsible if you accept the damaged/tampered box/shipment.

  • Please note that all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations (GST).

Your tracking ID will be sent to your registered email address and via SMS. You can also use your order ID for tracking.

Shiprock Shipping Service

Your shipment details will be sent to your registered email and SMS or use your Order ID to track the live status of your shipment.
